Appointment and treatment at clinic My first appointment at the clinic followed a sudden loss of hearing in one ear.The audiologist was very professional and explained the procedure to safely remove wax.The whole experience was conducted in a Covid secure environment. I will recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Micro Suction of Ears Marina was very very knowledgeable and understanding. I couldn’t hear properly as a build up of wax on my right ear had been made worse by me using a q-tip and pushing it onto my eardrum. My left ear I suffer from tinnitus as a resident a head injury so was left near enough deaf. You’ve performed nothing short of a miracle it feels like I can hear much better than previously. Marina provides a first class service. She is an experienced audiologist and has all the equipment necessary to carry out thorough testing. I had ear wax removed, had a hearing test and had the health of my ears tested by Marina. I dread to think how long I would have had to wait for the NHS to provide that service for me! The service cost just £65 and that included all testing and a follow up treatment. I would not hesitate in recommending Clear Hearing Solutions to anyone who would benefit from a hearing check or who has hearing related conditions.

I took my elderly Father for an appointment with Marina. She cleared his ears of wax and took an imprint inside his ears for new hearing aids. They took just over a week to be manufactured and then another appointment to have them fitted and tuned. Throughout the entire process my Father has been treated with care, compassion and respect. He can now hear properly for the first time in over 30 years. He is really grateful for what Marina has done for him. That was amazing! I’ve been struggling with my ears for months and had been unable to hear for so long. She is so knowledgeable about ears that I felt at ease from the start. I’ve been to the GPs a couple of times, but they were unable to solve this issue. It’s such a breath of fresh air being able to hear again and to know more about the cause of the issues and how to prevent it happening again. Highly recommended!

Marina was amazing. She helped my son who had terrible wax and skin issues, but was worried about seeing anyone about it. Marina was very gentle in manner and exceptionally clear in her communication. She put us both at ease and it was great to see her in action. She also helped recommend treatments for his skin and the result is that both ears and skin have cleared perfectly. Can’t recommend enough!

I first visited Marina at the start of the summer with my son as we had hit a wall with getting help from the GP. He had been prescribed oral antibiotics several times due to severe ear pain and discharge and had noticeable hearing problems confirmed by a failed routine hearing by test in primary school. Marina has been incredible and her patience and caring nature with my son has been amazing. We are not quite there yet but she has supported us endlessly, his ear pain has reduced dramatically and hearing improved. I would highly recommend Marina and Clear Hearing Solution for your children for any hearing/ear health concerns.

I went to Specsavers for a ‘earwax removal’ – which was unfortunately unsuccessful. So I went on to contact Clear Hearing Solutions and managed to get an emergency appointment the same day – which I am massively greatful for (Marina’s customer care is outstanding). After feeling really deflated being told the wax in my ear drum was too built up to remove. I was expecting a miracle and Marina was that miracle. I cannot thank her enough, I no longer feel dizzy or off balance and I have my hearing back! I wish I went to her first. Marina also gave me a lot of info regarding aftercare and told me what I needed to get from the pharmacy to help with my ear inflammation, as well as recommended items to help me with general ear health care. I have taken my grandad to different hearing companies but this company is by far the best . Such a great experience with Marina at Clear Hearing Solution having both wax removal and a hearing test. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained and I came away feeling I had done absolutely the best thing in getting in touch. Cannot thank Marina enough. After having a false diagnosis of a perforated eardrum, I was left with complete loss of hearing after visiting hospital 6 days prior to the appointment. A painful few days lead to reaching to clear hearing. I was booked in for an appointment with 2 days. After a quick inspection, Marina found that in fact it was not perforated eardrum but a build up of wax and a blow to the ear, resulting in hearing loss. Within 20 minutes I had full hearing back. Wow! What a fantastic, warm and welcoming lady Marina is. I phone yesterday to see if she could get my daughter (who is only 4) in to clear her ears – after countless times at the doctors I was informed to see a specialist we would be waiting at least another 8 months. Marina managed to fit me in today! I was quite apprehensive about this as my daughter is so young however I had absolutely nothing to worry about. From the moment we walked into the building (which in itself is stunning) my daughter was at ease. She was playing with my daughter, showing her different ears, letting her hold and touch the equipment that was going to be used. After she had all the wax removed we had a glue ear test and a hearing test. The whole time my 4 year old was engaged, playing and was so happy. After struggling with a blocked ear for months I booked an appointment for micro-suction and I wish I’d done it sooner! Marina was incredibly thorough and covered any questions I might have had, before I even asked them. The process was a lot quicker than I expected and it has made such a difference! My hearing is better than it was even before my ear became fully blocked.
I would highly recommend this service.

Amazing service Myself, wife and daughter have used Marina’s service in the past 12 months and every time she diagnoses the issues and fixes it. Have recommended her to friends who have all had the same great experience. My wife used to be in extreme pain whilst flying but with a combination of a balloon like device and Marina’s advice to take a certain vitamin, she suffers no pain at all. My daughter no longer has any pain whilst flying. I also bought some custom made swim ear plugs and no longer get nausea when swimming in the sea.

Never had any hearing issues in my life, until recently. Went to bed fine, woke with no hearing in my right ear. It was quite a scary feeling. Few doctors appointments later, I had an outer ear infection. Once treated. I was still unable to hear. I started looking up ear wax removal online and found Clear Hearing Solutions. After explaining situtaion, they got me in for an emergency aapointment. As I had been suffering for around 3 weeks. Everything was explained every step of the way and were very knowledgeable. Once micro suction had been done, I was able to hear again. It was amazing. Would definitely recommend, as they are very reasonably priced and its local.
